vehicles listed on our website. Vehicles that are not street
legal are for off road use only. Please
note that due to limited space, all repairs must be picked up within 10 days of
completed repair or warranty work unless an up-front agreement has been made.

Karts & Bicycles reserves the right to charge $3.00 per day
for storage of your bicycle. After 30 DAYS,
Zak's Bicycle Shop / Speedy Go
Karts & Bicycles reserves the right to sell your item to
recoup our fees. If you are placed under mechanic's lien, we will do our best to
work with you and provide you with a payment plan. However, abandoned bicycles
will be marked "for sale" on our sales floor after 30 days.

Karts & Bicycles is not responsible for any legal issues
caused by operating our vehicles on or off the road. If you have

available for "drop- ship" customers only. Drop-ship
orders require 5-35% assembly. Our prices advertised in shop may
reflect a slightly higher cost due to assembly and quality
