Zak's Speed Shop offers a very simple layaway program:

• Our No-Fee Layaway Program is quick and easy. Three payments, three months. No matter what the cost! 
• All layaways require at least one payment per month until item is paid in full. 
• Refunds or cancellations will only be granted under 30 days of origination date of your layaway plan.  (Less 5% cancellation fee.) Once layaway goes over 30 days of origination date, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. 
• If the Buyer places an item on layaway that is a SPECIAL ORDER item (an item not carried on our sales floor) and that item sells out, a FULL refund will be issued.
