*Please note we are only accepting warranty, service or repair work for in-store scooter customers who have purchased their scooter directly from us. We do not service any other brand scooter other than GoPed. 

We are restricted from storing gasoline in our shop. Please empty your tank before bringing your item for repair or maintenance. All scooters and karts that arrive with gasoline in the tank will be turned away. No exceptions.

After 30 DAYS, Zak's Bicycle Shop / Speedy Go Karts & Bicycles reserves the right to sell your item to recoup our fees. If you are placed under mechanic's lien, we will do our best to work with you and provide you with a payment plan. However, abandoned bicycles will be marked "for sale" on our sales floor after 30 days. Zak's Bicycle Shop / Speedy Go Karts & Bicycles is not responsible for any legal issues caused by operating our vehicles on or off the road.
